We would like you to take part in our public consultation relating to our proposals for new homes at Augustus Way, Cheadle.

The proposed masterplan shows how the development has been designed to be a continuation of Keepmoat’s existing Augustus Way development, to create a logical, sustainable extension to the settlement of Cheadle.
​
The development will be accessed via Keepmoat’s existing Augustus Way development, and will deliver a total of 135 high-quality, much needed new homes and extensive areas of publicly accessible open space, ecological features, improved pedestrian connections and S106 contributions.
​
This website presents details of the proposed development and provides you with the opportunity to make comments on the scheme. Once this process is concluded, a full planning application will be submitted to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council.
